Whether you're planning a wedding, a corporate event, or a brand activation, the setup and delivery process works the same way.
A Glambot activation needs a dedicated, level 10' x 10' or 12' x 12' area with at least 9 feet of ceiling clearance, ideally 10, so the robotic arm has full range of motion at high speed. We also need access to a standard 110V circuit within 50 feet of the setup. In Miami, we've built activations into everything from hotel ballrooms to open-air rooftop venues. In Palm Beach, ballroom setups at properties like The Breakers are common, along with tented estate events along Worth Avenue.
Our team arrives ahead of your event to build the set, position professional studio lighting, and test the robotic arm's full range of motion before guests arrive. For outdoor events, the setup is fully covered under a weather-protected tent to protect the camera and mechanical components.
Guests step onto a marked spot, and an attendant directs a simple pose or movement while the robotic arm sweeps around them, capturing high-frame-rate footage from every angle. The result is a smooth, slow-motion clip that looks cinematic rather than choppy. Each clip is edited in real time with music and, if requested, a custom branded overlay. Guests receive the finished video on their phone within minutes, ready to share before the event is even over.
